LEX has also been involved in the preparation of offering and listing prospectuses for companies seeking admission to regulated securities markets. Additionally, LEX’s experts have extensive experience in financing related to mergers and acquisitions.
Among the projects LEX has been involved in are the financing of Icelandic banks and the country’s largest corporations. LEX has also worked on agreements related to the development and financing of large-scale industrial projects, as well as transactions in both wholesale and retail electricity markets.
