LEX acts as advisor to the sellers in the sale of Gæðabakstur and Kjarnavörur

LEX served as legal counsel to the sellers of the entire share capital in Gæðabakstur ehf. and Kjarnavörur ehf. in connection with their sale to Ölgerðin Egill Skallagrímsson hf.

On behalf of LEX, the transaction was led by Garðar Víðir Gunnarsson, Partner, and Árni Freyr Sigurðsson, Senior Associate, with completion taking place last December.
