Árni Freyr Sigurðsson
Árni Freyr Sigurðsson is a licensed attorney authorized to practice before the district court with extensive knowledge and experience in advising and resolving disputes, particularly in the fields of corporate law, contract and obligations law, mergers and acquisitions, corporate financing, fund regulation and securities law.
Árni holds a masters degree in law from the University of Iceland and serves as a part-time lecturer at Reykjavík University, teaching mergers and acquisitions. Árni Freyr has been with LEX since 2018.
