Óskar Sigurðsson
Supreme Court Attorney Óskar Sigurðsson is among the leading litigation lawyers in Iceland. His area of expertise lies in the field of real estate and property law, construction law, urban planning, natural resources and environmental law.
Óskar was born in 1972 and graduated from the faculty of Law in the University of Iceland in 1997. Óskar was admitted to practice before the district court in 1997 and before the Supreme Court in 2005. Óskar has taught property law and law of Obligation at the University of Iceland since 1998. Óskar has taken seat as an expert judge before the district court and has been on the Assessment committee for compensation for expropriation.
