Fjölnir Ólafsson
Fjölnir Ólafsson is a licensed attorney before the Icelandic District Courts and Court of Appeal (Landsréttur). Fjölnir joined LEX as an associate in 2019 after graduation from the University of Iceland.
In 2020, he served as a judicial law clerk at the Court of Appeal, gaining valuable experience in appellate court proceedings. Fjölnir became a senior associate at LEX in 2023 and focuses on litigation and dispute resolution across various legal areas, including contract law, competition law, administrative law, and construction and procurement law. Furthermore, he has undertaken diverse projects in the field of employment law, IP law, European law, and customs law. Fjölnir is also a part-time lecturer in civil and criminal procedural law at the University of Iceland.
