LEX advises Brogent on the acquisition of Flyover

LEX – led by Stefán Orri Ólafsson and Kristinn Ingi Jónsson – has acted as Icelandic legal counsel to Brogent Technologies, a global provider of flying theater ride systems and immersive technology, in its acquisition of the flying theater brand Flyover Attractions from Pursuit Attractions and Hospitality for USD 78.4 million. Flyover operates flights theaters in Iceland, Canada and the United States.
