Supreme Court Attorney, Hulda Árnadóttir, joined LEX in 2006 after completing her post graduate degree at Bristol University. In her work at LEX Hulda’s main focus has been in the fields of competition and intellectual property law.

Supreme Court Attorney, Hulda Árnadóttir, joined LEX in 2006 after completing her post graduate degree at Bristol University. In her work at LEX Hulda’s main focus has been in the fields of competition and intellectual property law. Hulda also specializes in property law, media law and European law in addition to constitutional and human rights law. Hulda is a skilled litigator and moreover has vast experience in trying cases before the Competition Authority, the Icelandic Patent Office and the Consumer Agency. Hulda also has experience in litigation before the EFTA Court and the European Court of Human Rights.
